Brand Marketing Manager - Restaurants

Location: Portland, OR 

Are you an action-oriented, roll up your sleeves, results driven brand marketer with a background in restaurant, CPG or retail?  

Do you dream of creating and launching cross platform brand campaigns that drive customer restaurant activations and true-blue brand loyalty?

As a Brand Marketing Manager your typical day might include the following:  

  • Implement a never-before-seen brand activation campaign across multiple channels including website, mobile, digital, offline media, CRM, social, PR, events and in restaurants. 

  • Translate a brilliant idea into a project brief, get buy-in from senior management and see the project through production and launch. 

  • Check to ensure restaurant creative assets and visual identity system align with brand guidelines on all marketing material and restaurant collateral. 

  • Get deep into the data and analyze program performance against goals including new and repeat visitor rate and ROI to identify best practices and translate findings into actionable optimization plans and new sales-driving tactics. 

This job is for you if you:                                                                                           

  • Love a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities at the same time, and ending your days with a what’s next attitude. 

  • Have 3 – 5 years experience in marketing, restaurant and hospitality. 

  • Are fluent in marketing principles including targeting, messaging, and marketing mix.  

  • Have excellent project management and communication skills and the ability to work with internal and external team members. 

  • See a challenge as an opportunity to innovate and flex your problem-solving skills. 

  • Have working knowledge of consumer insights and research methods.  

  • Are an analytical thinker, comfortable with data and converting insights into actions. 

  • Have a proven ability to work in a rapidly changing, high-growth environment.
